Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking info.

Shipping Rates & Times:
We offer standard shipping across the U.S. via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Pre-Order Items:
If you ordered a pre-sale item (like The Litty Club Hoodie), please refer to the estimated ship date listed on the product page.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery. Please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
